Theme Committee No. 1 Block No. 2: Submission on Equality and One, Sovereign State

Submission by the Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) on Equality and One, Sovereign State. The submission is divided in two parts dealing with sovereignty and equality respectively. The submission includes a proposal for a Preamble for the new Constitution. It deals with provincial autonomy and the concepts of pluralism, participation and equality are discussed.
