Theme Committee 1 - Submission by the PAC: Democracy and the Character of the State

Submission by Pan Africanist Congress (PAC) of Azania in 1995. The submission deals with the definition of democracy, the exercise and enjoyment of rights and an independent constitutional court. The PAC believes that the bearing of rights by the individual citizens of the state shall not be based on any phenomenon except citizenship.
