Suggestions for the Constituent Assembly from the Marginalized Communities of the Rapti Zone

This document summarizes the suggestions made by the marginalized communities of the Rapti Zone to the Constituent Assembly.  They indicate the election system and an accountable government, different organs of the State, fundamental rights, restructuring of State and federal governance system, religion and cultural rights, the environment, right to property, right to social justice, right to justice, right against torture, and the basis for good governance.
