Suggestions for the Constituent Assembly from the Karnali Region

This document includes the suggestions from the people of the Karnali region for the drafting of a new Constitution.  It includes suggestions for the Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles Committee, the Committee for the Protection of the Rights of Minorities and Marginalized Communities, the Committee for Restructuring the State and Sharing of State Power, the Committee for Determining the Structure of the Legislative Body, the Committee for Determining the Structure of Governance of State, the Committee on Judiciary, the Committee for Determining the Structures of Constitutional Bodies, the Committee on Natural Resources, Economic Rights and Sharing of Revenues, the Committee for Determining the Basis of Cultural and Social Solidarity, and the Committee for Preserving National Interests.
