Suggestions of the African Christian Democratic Party (ACDP) on the Preamble of the Constitution

This document displays different options that African Christian Democratic Party (ACDP) suggests for the Preamble of the Constitution. ACDP refers and comments on the aspects that taken from South African Law Commission (Report on Constitutional models, Pretoria: 1991) Three different options as a preamble can be found in this document. Even though the first one declared as the most favorable for the ACDP other additional suggestions laid down in the document.
