Submission to the Constitutional Court of South Africa Regarding Local Government in the New Constitution

Submission by Dr Craythorne objecting to the certification of the new Constitution of the Republic of South Africa. The objections concern electoral system, three levels of government, powers and functions, exclusive and concurrent powers, legislative powers, allocation of powers and legislation on local government.
