Submission by the Democratic Party (1995) to Theme Committee 2, Blocks 2 & 3. The submission displays proposals concerning the legislature with regard to the national assembly, the senate and their powers and functions. It also deals with the executive, discussing issues as the head of state, head of government and the cabinet. Lastly it presents proposals on checks and balances to ensure accountability responsiveness and openness.
