South Africa National Party Submission on Representative Government

This document displays the submission of the National Party to the Theme Committee 1 on the Representative Government. Based on National Party's opinions, representative government is one of the most fundamental characteristics of a democratic system and one of the most basic principles with which the final constitution must comply. Moreover, the issues regarding to electoral systems, government's degree of flexibility, involvement in the parliamentary system was mentioned in this document.
