South Africa National Party Submission on the Amendment to the Constitution

This document the National Party submissions on their suggestions for the amendments to the constitution. One of the views they support is that, no amendment to the Constitution which affects the democratic form of government, the supremacy of the Constitution, the existence of a justiciable bill of rights, the existence of three distinct levels of government, and the independence and review powers of the courts is admissible. Thet also believe that there must be a committee of Parliament composed of members of every party in Parliament which must review the Constitution and must report to Parliament annually on possible amendments to the Constitution.
