Sixth and Final Draft of the Independent Electoral Commission Bill

Final draft of the Independent Electoral Commission Bill. The purpose of the bill is to make provision for the conduct of free and fair elections for the National Assembly and any other legislature contemplated in the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa; to make provision for the conduct of certain referenda by the Independent Electoral Commission; and to provide for matters in connection therewith.
