The report also includes the sixth draft of the Independent Media Commission Bill. The objectives of the bill are to provide for the establishment of a Commission; to provide for equitable treatment of political parties by broadcasting services; to provide for the monitoring of state-financed publications; and provide for matters connected therewith.
