Respectfully, the Following Objection to Certification of the New Constitution on Grounds that it does not Comply with the Constitutional Principles (Schedule six of the Interim Constitution 1993)

Submission by Joan Munnikhuis, Director of Companies, objecting to the certification of the new Constitution of the Republic of South Africa. The objection concerns the Bill of Rights, legal aid, the work methods of lawyers, etc.
