Regulations Governing the Registration of Political Parties in Afghanistan

The regulations governing the registration of political parties was adopted by the Afghan Cabinet September, 2003.  It is presented here in Dari/Pashto, and issued on the 18th of October, 2003.  It includes general provisions, and an evaluation of requests and phases of registration.  There is also an annex which includes a sample membership application form.
