Proposal of the Freedom Front on the Local Governments

This document displays the proposal of the Front Freedom in respect of local government stressing community-oriented functions. The mission of the Front Freedom mentioned in the document as obtaining the freedom of the compatriots in a Volkstaat under their own government, and, secondly, to the protection anextension of the rights and interests of those compatriots who are outside the Volkstaat'. Their plan on how they are going to achieve their objectives also indicated in the document.
