Preliminary Submission of the African National Congress Theme Committee Four

Submission by ANC regarding the right to life. The document deals with issues concerning capital punishment, abortion, euthanasia, etc. ANC objects to the use of capital punishment since it violates the right to life. It is emphasised that the right to life not preclude legislature from regulating the right to an abortion. The submission also includes proposals for the wording in the constitution.
