PAC Submissions on Constitutional Principle II: An Entrenched Bill of Rights: Introduction

Submissions by the Pan Africanist Congress (PAC) of Azania on The Bill of Rights. PAC believes that chapter 3 of the Interim Constitution covered mainly, rights which were necessary during the transitional phase and was a limited rights' chapter. They submit that the Constitutional Assembly should draw a comprehensive South African Bill of Rights.
