PAC Submission to Theme Committee 1 on Block 2 and 3

Submission by the Pan Africanist Congress (PAC) of Azania, the submission deals with the role of the constitution. PAC believes that the constitution must define and spell out what is meant by the equality of all South African nationals. They also believe that the constitution should be designed to facilitate the transition from political emancipation to economic emancipation. According to PAC the mainly ethnically demarcated provincial governments are worrying as they perpetuate ethnic identity and affinity.
