Submission by P Denneby to the Constitutional Court arguing that it is unfair that persons who were not disadvantaged by the unfair discrimination of apartheid, but belong to a category of persons who were, should now be given preferences in respect of appointments to jobs or promotion which is the case in the new Constitution of the Republic of South Africa.
