Opinions of the Freedom Front on the Right to Self-determination

This document displays the opinions of the Freedom Front on the right of self-determination. The ideas of this document on this regard can be considered as a response for the decision taken by the Constitutional Assembly (November 1995) on the issue of the right to self-determination, and on the strength of the Constitutional Principle XXXIV. The main focus of this document is about the issues of Fundamental Rights of Persons belonging to Ethnic Groups in Europe and Autonomy Rights of Ethnic Groups in Europe.
