Objection, in Terms of Rule 15, to Item 23 A. (1) of Item 13 of Annexure A of Schedule 6 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa

Submission by Petrus Arnoldus Matthee and 72 other signatories objecting to the provision in the new Constitution of the Republic of South Africa that implies that a person loses membership of a legislature if that person ceases to be a member of the party which nominated him/her as a member of the legislature.
