New Draft Submission to Replace Existing Democratic Party Proposal on Criminal Justice Rights

Draft submission by the Democratic Party (DP) on criminal justice rights. The document displays Section 25 of the interim Constitution and also comments by DP. The following three additions are proposed by DP: “Every person shall have the right to a fair trial, Every person shall have the right to due process of law, Every person shall have the right to the privilege against self-incrimination”.
