National Party Submission on the Electoral System

This document displays the proposals of the National Party on the electoral system. The present electoral system, its disadvantages, their proposals on the system with proportional representation and voter registration. geographical allocation of representatives were laid down in the text. Based on their views, adoption of this proposal will to a large extent eliminate the disadvantage in respect of voter/representative linkage caused by the present electoral system, without at all affecting the proportional principle central to that system.
