Memorandum on Decisions of the Constitutional Court of South Africa on Certification: Remedying the Defects

Comments on the decision of the Constitutional Court regarding the provisions of the new text of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa that did not comply with the Constitutional Principles. The authors also propose ways to remedy the defects.
