This document is a non-official translation for the Announcement of a National Agreement Principles to solve the Libyan crisis. The announcement states to refer to the constitutional legitmacy and to establish two committees; one to select a head of Government and deputies, and the second committee is to revise the constitution. The announcement was issued by the General National Congress and the Council of Representatives, attended by the representative of the UN Seretary-General.
