Law on Elections of Members of the National Assembly (LEMNA)

The purpose of this Law is to establish electoral organs, procedures, and the
conduct of the election of members of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of
Cambodia. It sets out the regulations surrounding elections of the members and among other aspects deals with polling, electoral system, determination of seats, administration of elections, registration of political parties and lists of candidates running in the election, polling stations, voter registration and voter lists, electoral campaign, replacement of members of the national assembly, budget, etc.
