Iraq: Regulation No. 1 of 2013 on Regulating the Electoral Campaign Spending

The Higher Independent Eletoral Commission of Iraq has issued the Regulation No. 1 of 2013 on Regulating the Electoral campaign Spending. This regulation shall be considered enforced starting from the day of its ratification by the Board of Commissioners on 30 July 2013 and will be applied to the Iraqi Elections in 2014.
