Independent Broadcasting Authority Bill (Working Draft 7)

Seventh working draft of the Independent Broadcasting Authority Bill as prepared by the Technical Committee on the Independent Media Commission and the Independent Telecommunications Authority. The purpose of the Independent Broadcasting Authority Bill is to provide for the regulation of broadcasting activities in the public interest; for that purpose to establish the Independent Broadcasting Authority; to define its powers, functions and duties; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
