House of Assembly (Elections) Act

This is the House of Assembly (Elections) Act of Dominica. It is an act to provide for the registration of persons entitled to vote at elections of members of the House of Assembly and to regulate the procedure at such elections and for other purposes in connection therewith. The act provides rules and regulations concerning, amongt other, constituencies, nominations of candidates, withdrawal of candidature, uncontested elections, penalty, who may vote, who may be present, general mode of taking ballot, final counting of votes, regulations, etc.
