Democratic Party Submission: Block 2 Theme Committee 4

Preliminary submission by the Democratic Party on the Bill of Rights. The submission deals with the nature of the bill of rights, the application of the bill of rights, the bill of rights and the duties and obligations of the state, and lastly the bill of rights and the duties and obligations of the citizen. The role of the judiciary is discussed too. The rights which the Democratic Party believes should enjoy universal application are presented.
