Constitutional Assembly: Theme Committee One (Character of Democratic State): Minutes of Second Meeting of Theme Committee One

At this meeting, the Committee discussed the development of the work plan. The Committee agreed that each political would make a submission to the core group with regard o the work programme. A date was set for these submissions.
