Constitutional Assembly Theme Committee 4 Fundamental Rights

This is a submission by the Democratic Party on Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Association and Freedom of Demonstration. The document includes proposals regarding how to rearrange the provisions of these rights under the right to fundamental freedoms. It does also present proposals for an academic freedom clause in the final South African constitution.
