Constitutional Assembly (Theme Committee 2): Minutes of Meeting of Core Group with Technical Experts

The technical committee reports at this meeting that they have decided on a revolving convenor. It was agreed that the convenor would be the liaison between the secretariat, the theme committee and the technical committee. The role of the secretariat was discussed, especially in relation to providing documentation.
