Constitutional Assembly (Theme Committee 2): Minutes of Core Group Meeting

It was decided at this meeting that the technical committee would become attached to the TC2. Decisions were made with regard to traditional leaders and indigenous law. The commission also discussed the work programme for in-house workshops of TC2 technical committee. The topics and responses by the Committee are recorded in a table.

A discussion was also had about experts and their stays at Cape Town. The Committee talked about the relationship between the theme committee, the secretariat, and the technical committee with regards to the work of the technical committee – complaints were lodged about the current situation.
