Constitution Assembly: Theme Committee One (Character of the Democratic State): Minutes of the Tenth Meeting of Theme Committee

A procedure was established at this meeting in which orientation workshops would be arranged before each agenda item or each Block so that the Theme Committee would be familiarized with the particular items. A report was presented on public submissions and amendments were suggested. Members of the Theme Committee who had participated in the Public Participation Programme then gave a brief report on their experiences and criticisms of the programme.
