The Constituent Assembly Election Act of Nepal

This Election Act of 2007, presented here in Nepalese, was made to provide for the election to the Members of the Constituent Assembly.  It includes chapters on election constituency and the electoral system, returning officers, polling officers, and other employees, notification of election, candidates and nomination papers, polling stations, ballot paper and ballot boxes, polling, counting votes and election results, and agents of candidate, among others.
