Certification of New Constitutional Text

Submission by Miss M de Barros opposing to that abortion on demand is made legal through the new Constitution of the Republic of South Africa. The document also includes a reply from the Constitutional Court explaining that the Constitutional Court is unable to add to, amend or delete any of the provisions od the constitutional text drafted by the Constitutional Assembly.
