The Application to Certify a Constitutional Text in Terms of Section 71 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 200 of 1993

The Inkatha Freedom Party submit that the new text to the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa violates the Constitutional Principles that were set up in the interim Constitution, 1993.
