Submission by United Christian Action objecting to the certification of the new Constitution of the Republic of South Africa due to the lack of reference to duties and responsibilities. The Bill of Rights is entrenched in the Constitution but the United Christian Action found it equally necessary to predetermine and entrench the duties and responsibilities these rights will entail or be subjected to.
