ANC Submission on Matters Pertaining to Intelligence in Respect of the Constitutional Making Process

This is an initial submission by ANC for Theme 6 Subtheme 4 outlining the constitutional principles relating to intelligence. The purpose of the document is to provide an input into such issues which could serve as a basis for further formulation by the Theme Committee.
