Afghanistan Political Parties Law

The Political Parties Law was adopted as a puruant to article 32 of the 1964 Constitution on the establishment, function, right, obligations and dissolution of political parties in Afghanistan.  It includes articles on general provisions, the establishment and registration of political parties, financial matters, and provisions on the dissolution of a political party.
