The Act on the Disclosure of Election Financing

This Act contains provisions on the notification on the election financing of an election campaign of a candidate in parliamentary elections, the Presidential election, municipal elections and European Parliamentary elections. The purpose of this Act is to increase the transparency of election financing in order to clarify the possible personal interests of the candidates.
