Zambia: Constitution Way Forward

<p>Vice-President Dr Guy Scott says the government is not satisfied with the work of the technical committee that it had tasked to draft a new constitution. Guy says the report presented to the government by the technical committee has many contentious issues that the opposition and the government need to debate in a constructive manner and reach agreement on.</p>
