Sri Lanka cabinet approves proposal on 20th Amendment to the Constitution

<p>Sri Lanka's Cabinet of Ministers Monday granted its approval to the proposal on electoral reforms presented in the revised version of the 20th Amendment to the Constitution. The Cabinet further agreed to draft legislation by Friday, to implement electoral reforms.</p>
