"New Constitution to establish a hybrid political system", say Egypt's Justice Minister

<p>Mohamed al-Guindi, Egyptian Justice Minister has promised that the country’s new constitution will reflect a mixed presidential and parliamentary political system, Egypt’s <a title="Minister: New constitution will create hybrid political system" href="http://www.almasryalyoum.com/en/node/437851">Al-Masry Al-Youm</a>, reports. A mixed system, the report quotes the Minister as saying, will prevent a new dictator coming to power. Prior to 11 February 2011, Egypt was ruled by Hosni Mubarak- widely considered a dictator - for the last three decades.
