<p align="left"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><b>Recalling Nepal's Past</b></span></p><p align="left"><span style="font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.5em;">As&nbsp;stated above, the 1990 constitution was framed by a commission, having the majority of the representatives of the NC and ULF. A three member committee inside the cabinet made some “inevitable” modifications (mostly technical) in it, and also made some eleventh hour changes only to accommodate the palace draft.</span></p>
