Ghana’s constitution is incomplete - PR Consultant
<p>Mr Rod Mcgoba, Public Relations Consultant on Tuesday, said the 1992 Constitution is incomplete, and this has led to the recent socio-economic upheavals in the country.</p><p><br><br>He explained that the economy revolves around the social system, and the lack of guidelines and formulae in the constitution for the implementation of social policies had affected the governance of the country.</p><p><br><br>Mr Mcgoba, who was speaking to Ghana News Agency in Accra, said efforts by government to address the current economic challenges could only be properly tackled by reforming the constitution to spell out the guidelines and formulae for addressing social issues.</p>
