Egyptian opposition leader calls for new Constitution before elections

<p>Former IAEA Chief and potential presidential candidate, Mohammed ElBaradei, has called on Egypt’s Supreme Council for the Armed forces not to organise any elections before a new constitution has been drafted. According to Egyptian news outlet <a href="http://www.almasryalyoum.com/en/node/436716">Al-Masry Al-Youm</a>, which carried the story, Elbaradei – who has voted with the NO camp in the March 19 constitutional referendum - argued that elections should only be organised when the situation has calm down.
