Crafters of Constitution should guide country to end current supremacy battles

<p>Kenyan shave been hit by confusion scourge. The cause? The noise and heat of the ‘civil’ war— baptised supremacy contest— among constitutional organs over accountability and transparency in governance. While some may argue that the garrulous leaders have a right to express their views as they try to grapple with the implementation of the Constitution, Kenyans, who overwhelmingly voted for the new constitutional dispensation, did not do so to create chaos, confusion and set the stage for institutional supremacy contests.
