<p>The First Committee of the Colombian Senate on Tuesday approved a constitutional reform that would validate the peace agreement between the government of Juan Manuel Santos and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia People’s Army (FARC-EP).
</p><p>The reform establishes special powers to the President, a special legislative committee for peace in Congress and creating multi-year investment plan for the country, El Espectador.
