Colombia approves a bill that introduces a transitional article in the Constitution ensuring the peace agreement

The Colombian Senate approved in a second debate a key bill that includes a transitional article in the constitution to ensure the landmark peace agreement reached last year between the government and the FARC guerrilla army is respected over the next three presidential terms in the South American country.
